Cinderella Review
The Sixth Form Young Enterprise group did a great job of managing the event. There were students to greet us and guide us to the Cotswold Hall where the production was happening.
Having never been to a Pantomime before I was a little hesitant but Young Enterprise student Jake Higgins assured me that Wonder Productions were brilliant and they certainly did not disappoint.
There was plenty of entertainment for children and adults akin to that of Shrek. The performers were all very talented, I think my favourites were the Ugly Sisters as they really engaged with the audience.
The pantomime opened with the Fairy Godmother in a similar set up to the TV show Big Brother's Diary Room. The innovative stance on the old fashioned fairytale was a pleasant and welcomed surprised. The audience was very active and joined in with shouting 'Behind you' many times. The songs were not traditionally Disney Cinderella but instead a contemporary mix of pop and 80's.
Over 300 people came to watch Wonder Productions 'Cinderella'.
Thank you to all involved.
